UAB "Omgema" ensures that your ordered goods reach you quickly and conveniently. We offer several different delivery methods so that you can choose the most suitable one.
1. Delivery to an "Omniva" parcel machine
The ordered goods are delivered to the "Omniva" parcel machine chosen by the Buyer throughout Lithuania.
The Buyer is informed about the arrival of the shipment by SMS and/or e-mail.
The goods must be collected from the parcel machine within 7 days of their delivery.
2. Delivery by courier to the home
The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer on working days.
The courier informs the Buyer on the day of delivery by phone or SMS.
If the courier does not find the Buyer at home, the shipment may be directed to the nearest parcel machine or a repeat delivery may be agreed upon.
3. Local pickup
The ordered goods can be collected free of charge at the Seller's office: Jonavos g. 68E, Kaunas,
When picking up the goods, it is necessary to have an order number or purchase confirmation.
Delivery terms
Usually, goods are delivered within 5–10 business days from the payment of the order (unless otherwise specified for a specific product).
During major holidays, delivery terms may be longer due to an increased volume of shipments.
Delivery prices
Omniva parcel machine – from €3 (the exact amount is indicated when ordering).
Home courier – from €4 (the exact amount depends on the weight and location of the order).
Local pickup – free of charge.
Additional information
The buyer must ensure that the contact details (phone number, address, e-mail) specified during the order are accurate.
The seller is not responsible for delivery delays or inconveniences caused by incorrectly specified data.
If the package is delivered but not collected within the specified time (e.g. from a parcel locker), it will be returned to the Seller. In this case, an additional fee may be charged for re-delivery.
