Return Policy
We always strive to find the best solution for our customers. Even if your case does not fall under the official rules, please write to info@sexfantasy.lt and we will resolve the situation together.
Return of unused erotic goods
Erotic goods are usually not exchanged, but if the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new one or refund your money. Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
The Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items (2001-06-29, Decree No. 217) apply.
Returned goods must be:
in the original, undamaged packaging;
unused, undamaged;
complete;
with a free-form application attached.
Process:
Inform us within 14 days by e-mail info@sextantasy.lt.
Send the product at your own expense to the address Jonavos g. 68E, Kaunas, LT-44191, Lithuania or bring it to a physical store.
After assessing the condition of the product, we will replace it or refund the money to your bank account.
Underwear Returns
Within 7 calendar days, if the labels are intact, you can:
change the size or color;
choose another model (by paying or recovering the price difference);
return the product and get your money back.
In all cases, we are looking for the most convenient solution for you.
